Application for LU Card for Dependents of Full-time Staff / Hostel Staff

ITSC has developed a new application designed to streamline the LU Card application process for dependents of our full-time staff and hostel staff. Eligible staff dependents are granted privileges to access hostels, and campus facilities. This user-friendly application integrates the application of LU cards for eligible family members of our full-time staff or hostel staff to access the campus together with authorization to use campus facilities such as the Library and sports complex. This one-stop application system streamlines various application workflows and elevates user experience.

The form includes convenient features such as the ability to upload a photo of the dependents and indicate preferences for optional services, such as access to library services and sports facilities. This new system is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the convenience and efficiency of our services.
