Provision of MATLAB Campus-wide Suite
Starting 1 June 2024, the campus-wide suite of MATLAB, the renowned programming and numeric computing platform trusted by millions of engineers, scientists and researchers globally, has been available to all staff and students.
All Lingnan University staff and students can now request to install MATLAB, along with all its toolboxes, on the desktop computers and laptops. This powerful tool will enable you to enhance data analysis, algorithm development, and model creation efforts, significantly boosting our research and academic capabilities.
To download and install MATLAB on personal computers, you can visit and log in to MATLAB Access for Lingan University to get started.
To request installation on office computers, please submit Software Installation Service Requests through the ITSC/Library Helpdesk System:
MATLAB can also be accessed online at https://ww2.mathworks.cn/en/products/matlab-online.html, which you can use MATLAB and add-on products anywhere without downloads, installations, or set up. In this way, you can start and continue your research works by using your University login account. Additionally, online MATLAB learning materials are available to help you learn MATLAB at your own pace.
