Testimonial Application Management System

This is another platform leveraging the cutting-edge Outsystems low code technology.

A new Testimonial Application Management System has been available since 2 May 2024 as an integrated platform that enables the Registry to manage and print academic records, including Testimonials, Transcripts, Temporary Certificates of Graduation, and more. The Testimonial Printing module is the initial component of this system. It displays application details and allows Registry colleagues to follow up tasks such as verifying student information, updating postage data, and printing Testimonials. In addition, the system offers ways for colleagues to perform bulk actions, like updating the application status or printing Testimonials for selected applications.
