There are studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, as well as co-studying and co-working space with an architectural and interior design that captures natural light and ventilation.

Currently, floors 2, 5, 6 and 7 serve as staff quarters for the University, comprising a total of 21 units with saleable floor areas ranging from 194 sq. ft to 861 sq. ft.
