Registry
The Registry is responsible for academic quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, assessments and administration of study programmes. Students can obtain information about their study programmes, course descriptions, graduation requirements, the academic calendar, class and examination schedules, and examination results from the Registry. The Registry is located in Room ADG08, G/F, Wong Administration Building.
Library
The Fong Sum Wood Library, located in the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building, spans four floors (1/F – 4/F) and offers a dynamic space for learning, research, and collaboration. With a mix of study areas, reading rooms, and social spaces, the library provides an inspiring environment for academic growth. Key features include the Chiang Chen Information Commons, providing access to digital resources, over 90 public PCs and iMacs, 3D printing services, and WiFi-enabled multifunction printers. Dedicated spaces such as the Postgraduate Lounge and themed reading rooms cater to different study needs, while the Library Café offers a relaxed environment for informal discussions.
Information Technology Services Centre
The Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) provides computing, audio-visual facilities and technical support services to both staff and students. The computer laboratories, located on the second floor of the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building and the second floor of the Lau Chung Him Building, are equipped with laser printers. Students can conveniently pay for printing services using their Octopus stored-value card.

Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITAL)
As Lingnan University's central learning and teaching development unit, the Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning leads the development of University-wide strategic policy in learning and teaching aligned with the Strategic Plan, supports the development and implementation of innovative pedagogy and curriculum, and delivers professional development programmes to ensure quality assurance. It promotes best practices in curriculum and course design, and analyses teaching and learning data to support strategic planning, academic programme development and evaluation. It also provides students with technology-related learning resources to enrich their learning environment through the creative and effective use of technologies.
