Onebiteonecake

Onebiteonecake is a customized cake studio based in Hong Kong which provides customized service of cake to clients. Not only the appearance of the cake can be customized, but also the taste (such as sweetness) of the cake can be chosen by the clients.

The Issue

The customized cake was popular in Korea a few years ago but it is not common in Hong Kong. People are hard to buy a cake customized by themselves. They can only buy from the chain store. Therefore, I think there is the potential to set up a customized cake shop in Hong Kong.

The Solution

Onebiteonecake is providing customers with more unique cakes that are no longer in the same style. We also chooses the freshest and original ingredients to make some healthier cakes.

Impact

Onebiteonecake is planning to sell not only customized cake but also other desserts like cupcakes, cookies, etc. Also, Onebiteonecake would like to set up a cake tutorial class in the future.

Beneficiaries

The major target customer group would be Youth/ Youth adults aging at 15-40 in Hong Kong, especially students, and employed people.
