Lingnan@WestKowloon Operations
Lingnan@WestKowloon serves as an off-campus learning hub for Lingnan University students and colleagues, situated at the M+ Building in the West Kowloon Cultural District. This newly established facility spans 20,000 square feet and features lecture rooms, study rooms, studios, spaces for teacher-student discussions, and breakout areas. While the 13th floor has been operational since September 1st, the full operation of both the 12th and 13th floors is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023.
Sports Facilities
The Indoor Sports Complex and Pan Sutong Sports Ground offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. In 2023, as part of our initiative to promote physical fitness and well-being, the entrance fee for the swimming pool is waived, and there is a 50% reduction in charges for students and colleagues using the sports facilities on Saturdays and Sundays.
Progress of Lingnan Hub
Lingnan Hub is a vibrant quarter that combines co-living and co-working spaces, fostering interactions among staff and students. The development includes 15 studios, 24 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. The foundation has been completed, and the construction of the superstructure is progressing as planned.
Improvement of Teaching Venues
In order to enhance the teaching and learning environment for students and colleagues, the construction of new laboratories is underway on the 4th floor of Lau Chung Him Building. Furthermore, renovations are being conducted on 5 teaching venues located on the Ground Floor of Leung Kau Kui Building to upgrade the teaching facilities.

Solar Photovoltaic System
In commitment to enhancing energy efficiency, we have implemented various measures, including the replacement of chiller plants and the use of LED lighting equipment on campus. Additionally, we have recently installed 290 photovoltaic (PV) panels on the roofs of the Chan Tak Tai Auditorium, Wong Administration Building, and Lau Chung Him Building to generate renewable energy. The PV system is connected to the CLP Power grid, and electricity generation information is displayed in prominent common areas.
