(1) For participants under 18 who join off-campus activities organised by student societies, they must submit the parental consent form to the organisers.
(2) All student-led activities must comply with university rules and regulations. Students have the right to opt out of any activities at any time. Please contact the "Ambassador against Bullying and Sexual Harassment" of the corresponding student society should you encounter any incidents of bullying or sexual harassment during student activities.
(3) Joining recognised societies ensures your participation in activities is endorsed by the Lingnan University and protected by insurance. Please note that unauthorised activities hosted by non-recognised groups are strictly unendorsed and carry no insurance coverage.
