Update on campus health and safety measures
12 Jan 2022
In view of the latest development in the Omicron variant outbreak in Hong Kong, the University has decided to maintain normal services and operations as well as face-to-face teaching until further notice. Individual colleagues who have special needs may apply for flexible work arrangement via the Human Resources Office with the support of their Heads.
With reference to the social distancing measures recently announced by the HKSAR Government, you are strongly urged to maintain appropriate social distancing from others and avoid unnecessary gatherings, especially during the upcoming holiday season. Please stay on high alert and observe the latest preventive measures recommended by the University’s Health, Safety and Environment Committee.
If you are suspected or confirmed as infected, or required to stay in the “restricted area” for COVID-19 test, or under mandatory quarantine or compulsory testing notice, please notify your department/office or any of the following teams as soon as possible:
During office hours
COFMD(O&M)-Campus Support Office (2616 7134)
Human Resources Office (2616 8962)
