The Faculty offers degree programmes at undergraduate, research postgraduate, and taught postgraduate levels.

With the objective of equipping students with professional knowledge and multiple talents, the BBA (Hons) programmes (Accounting and Corporate Governance, Business Analytics and Innovation, Finance, Human Resource Management and Analytics, Marketing and Social Media) and BBA (Hons) in Risk and Insurance Management programme at Lingnan seek a balance in curricular requirements between business core courses, the specialist major, core curriculum, languages, and the free elective component. Many undergraduate business courses contribute to the building of broad-based generic skills through the adoption of team-based in-class or out-of-class assignments, projects, and presentations. Other than classroom learning, the Faculty provides students abundant opportunities on service-learning, internship, and international exchange. The relatively small class size of our undergraduate courses, which is a hallmark of liberal arts education, encourages the development of close staff-student relationship and facilitates lively in-class discussions.

The Faculty offers Business MPhil and PhD programmes, as well as eleven taught postgraduate programmes.  The taught postgraduate programmes consist of the following: Master of Accountancy, MSc in Arts Technology and Business, MSc in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship, MSc in eBusiness and Supply Chain Management, MSc in Environmental, Social, and Governance Management, MSc in Finance, MSc in Human Resource and Organisational Management , MSc in Marketing and International Business, and MSc in Risk, Insurance and Actuarial Analytics.

The Faculty also offers three double master's degree programmes in collaboration with prestigious universities, such as the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of Essex and the Ural Federal University. These unique programmes provide students with an exceptional opportunity to broaden their horizons by studying abroad and earning a second master's degree from a renowned overseas university, in addition to the master's degree awarded by Lingnan University.

In addition to the comprehensive curriculum, our taught postgraduate programmes are enriched with a range of professional development activities, internships, overseas study tours, and collaborations with esteemed business partners. These thoughtfully designed specialist master's programmes aim to unlock students' full professional potential and intellectual growth, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the dynamic marketplace of Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and beyond.

The Faculty also offers Double PhD Degree Programme in Business with South China University of Technology (SCUT), Doctor of Business Administration in Global Digital Economy and Governance (DBA in GDEG) and Doctor of Business Studies (DBS). These programmes enhance the research atmosphere of the Faculty.

The quality of our business education is well recognized by international professional associations. In 2011, Lingnan University received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the world's longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools. Following this achievement, the Lingnan University Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) was established in 2012 to honour business students with outstanding academic achievements.
