Counselling Services Booking System

The Counselling Services Booking System has been redeveloped using OutSystems low-code technology and has been available since 1 June 2025, replacing the previous system. This enhanced platform provides an integrated solution for both OSA counsellors and students to book or reschedule counselling appointments.

Key improvements include:

• For OSA Counsellors:

  • A revamped Booking Schedule page to manage availability.

  • Ability to update booking records with additional remarks.

  • Options to download reports such as the List of Appointments and Referral Form Report.

• For Students:

  • A new interface to view past booking records and cancel appointments.

• Additional Features:

  • Automated email notifications (e.g., booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations).

  • Enhanced counsellor assignment logic, which automatically assigns the same counsellor for follow-up appointments to improve continuity of care.
