Upgrade of Bulk Mail Management System

Originally introduced in October 2019 to streamline mass email communications, Bulk Mail Management System (BMMS) has now undergone a comprehensive overhaul to deliver improved performance, modern architecture, a superior user experience, and full compliance with the HKSAR Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance.

Highlights of the new BMMS

To ensure a smooth transition, two training workshops were held on 23 June and 26 June for colleagues responsible for sending bulk emails. Over 100 colleagues attended these sessions. Participants were equipped with skills in enhancing their bulk mail content by incorporating images and attachments, scheduling campaigns for distribution, and monitoring and analysing distribution results.
