Lingnan University strengthens ties with Durham University and University of Manchester.

Prof Joshua Mok Ka-ho, Vice-President of Lingnan University, visited Durham University and the University of Manchester in the UK to present his research and explore collaborations. Prof Mok discussed on student exchange, research collaboration and conference to enhance students' international learning experience.

Lingnan University strengthens ties with Durham University and University of Manchester.

Prof Mok was appointed Honorary Professor of Durham University and spoke on “China’s three-pronged approach in managing the new geo-politics in international higher education”. At the University of Manchester, he spoke on “Promoting quality student learning in the post-COVID-19 era” and emphasised social and peer learning and adoption of appropriate technology.

 

He also shared Lingnan University's policies in addressing student learning needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, hoping to contribute to promoting Hong Kong as a leading hub for international higher education in Asia through these visits and presentations.
