Postgraduate student awarded ‘For Our Future’ Scholarship for his excellence in academic studies and social services

Lee Pui-yeung, who is studying for a Masters of Social Sciences in Comparative Social Policy (International), has been awarded a “For Our Future” Scholarship 2020/21 of HK$50,000.

 

Offered by the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation, the inaugural scholarship recognises local students’ excellent performances in their academic studies, general development and community services.

 

Pui-yeung, whose main interests lie in social policy, particularly education-related subjects, was among the 15 awardees selected by the distinguished panel of judges from over 270 applications. He will also take part in a GBA exchange tour to study the innovation and technology, culture and arts, economy and aspects of people’s livelihood in cities in the Greater Bay Area.
