Lingnan students receive The Hong Kong Jockey Club Undergraduate Scholarship and For Our Future Scholarship

In 2023/24, three distinguished undergraduates were awarded the Hong Kong Jockey Club Undergraduate Scholarship for their academic intellect and dedication to community service.
At the Hong Kong Jockey Club Scholarships and Fellowships Award Presentation Ceremony and High Table Dinner held on 17 March, Mr Michael Hui Wah-kit, BBS, MH, JP, Council member of Lingnan University, Prof Raymond Chan Hon-fu, Vice-President (Academics) cum Provost and Lam Man Tsan Chair Professor of Scientific Computing), and Ms Irene Ng, Director of Student Affairs of Lingnan University, accompanied Camille Ng Chi-Inn (Psychology, Year 2), Law Ka-kiu (Cultural Studies, Year 2), and Choi Sin-yu (History, Year 2), to receive their awards.

This year's "The For Our Future Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2025" was held on 1 April. Due to her exceptional performance, Cynthia So Sin-fai (Chinese, Year 4) stood out among the excellent students from 14 tertiary institutions and was awarded The For Our Future Scholarship, becoming one of only 16 recipients in Hong Kong.
The For Our Future Scholarship is offered by the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation. This inaugural scholarship recognises local students’ excellent performance in their academic studies, personal development, and community service.
