Additional Quotas Available for Registration

 

Additional quotas have been released to provide students with further opportunities to participate in the ILP activities. Interested students are strongly encouraged to register promptly to secure their places.

ARRANGEMENT ON ILP FEE-PAYING ACTIVITIES

Guideline of ePayment for ILP Activities

Students who have registered for a fee-paying activity (fees/deposits) should settle the payment online via myLingnan portal to confirm the registration within the payment period. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled. For more details, please refer to the Guideline of ePayment for ILP Activities. Students who do not have a credit card may settle the payment by Octopus card by the next working day (weekdays only) during 10:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 16:00 at OSA.
 

 Things to note:

  1. Deposit is only refundable (i) after the completion of full course/activity or the attendance requirement is fulfilled OR (ii) when the course/activity is cancelled due to low enrolment.
  2. Course fee is only refundable when the course/activity is cancelled due to low enrolment.
  3. Please make sure your bank account information is updated in myLingnan Portal (http://myportal.LN.edu.hk) before the completion of any course/activity, otherwise, the refund may be forfeited.

Click "Academics" → "Student Services" → "View Student Bank Account Information" to update your bank account information.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

The attendance requirement applies to ALL ILP activities, the attendance record will not be counted if participants fail to comply with the attendance requirement. Absentees will be recorded and will have to bear the consequence of registering ILP activities only in the second round of online add-drop in the next term if they are absent from ILP activities 3 times or more.
