Council delegates visit higher education institutions in the GBA to foster collaboration and exchange

Aligned with the national strategy for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), the Lingnan University Council visited the GBA from July 8 to 9, with the primary objective of fostering a closer collaboration and exchange with key partners in Mainland China.

 

During the two-day trip, the delegation had the privilege of visiting respected higher education institutions in Zhuhai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. These included the Beijing Normal University & Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, the South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus, the Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen Campus), Shenzhen University, and the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Science. The visit encompassed symposiums, campus tours, and in-depth exchanges covering aspects such as campus development, teaching methodologies, and scientific research.
