Lingnan welcomes 50+ leading universities at its Global Reception
International educators from over 50 leading universities from around the globe join a campus tour and pose for a group photo at Lingnan University's Wing On Plaza.
To enhance international student exchanges and propel the “Study in Hong Kong” brand forward on a global scale, Lingnan University's Office of Global Education hosted a Global Reception on 12 December 2024 as part of the Hong Kong Partners Week 2024. This gathering brought international educators from over 50 leading institutions worldwide, including some global partners of Lingnan, to understand the latest developments in Hong Kong’s higher education landscape, and discover the University’s transformation into the digital era and its vibrant experiential learning opportunities.
Prof Raymond Chan Hon-fu, Vice-President (Academics) cum Provost, Prof Bradley Richard Barnes, Interim Associate Vice-President (Global Affairs) cum Director of Global Education, and Mr Benjamin Yau, Associate Director of the Office of Global Education, joined the occasion together with faculty representatives and international student ambassadors Seemi Nisar (Year 3 Economics), Emujin Enkhtuvshin (Year 2 Economics), and Areebah Yasin (Year 1 Global Development and Sustainability) who shared their fruitful life as a Lingnanian on the stage.
