LingnanU Elder Academy Sit-in Programme

The Sit-in Programme is organized by the Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE), and is sponsored by the Elder Academy Development Foundation. It aims at fostering active participation of the elderly in school activities and lessons, intergenerational harmony through learn-and-teach dual identity in Elder Academy activities, and promoting life-long learning and successful aging by "Through Train" Learning Model.

Teachers of the WBLMP have greatly supported the program, allowing many of our courses to welcome senior learners to participate. Examples include CLA9023 Creativity in Western Classical Music, CLA9030 The World of Cultural Dances in Hong Kong, and CLD9016 Music and the Science of Sound.
