LU launches Postgraduate Mentorship Programme

The inaugural Lingnan University Postgraduate Mentorship Programme to help postgraduate students develop life aspirations and prepare for their future careers was launched at a hybrid kick-off ceremony on 4 February.

 

Three parallel professional mini-circle meetings on human resources management, finance and investment, and banking and fintech, were also held to facilitate exchanges between over 80 mentors and mentees on career planning, the job market, and leadership and management skills in the workplace.

 

This annual Programme is organised by the School of Graduate Studies, Office of Student Affairs, Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs, and Lingnan University Postgraduate Alumni Association. This year, it has recruited 41 experienced mentors with a wide spectrum of expertise to match with 114 mentees pursuing postgraduate studies at Lingnan.
