Based on an employment survey conducted by the Student Services Centre of Lingnan in 2020, the majority of our full-time employed graduates (59.9%) were employed in the Commerce & Industry sector, while 24.8% were employed in the Education sector, 7.5% in the Community & Social Services sector, 5.1% in Government departments/units, 1.7% in Arts & Culture sector and 1% in Others.

By occupation, the top four occupations which 2020 Lingnan graduates took up were:

• Teaching and Education Profession (17.6%)
• Management Consultant/ Other Executive (10.6%)
• Marketing/ Sales Executive/ Sales Supervisor (9.9%)
• Manager/ Managerial Personnel (7.6%)

Apart from joining the workforce, some graduates chose to pursue further studies in Hong Kong and overseas institutions.
