To enhance the security a custodian should be assigned to manage the Departemental, Project and Contractor accounts. 2FA is also enforced on the accounts to strengthen the account access control. Users who are involved in managing their departmental, project or contractor accounts can refer to the procedures on this webpage.

- Apply for new departmental, project and contractor account
- Activate new departmental, project and contractor account
- Register and using 2FA service for departmental, project and contractor account
- Renew account expiry date / update administrator or custodian information
