Checking Email Quota

Quota limitation has been applied to ensure a fair use of computing storage and not overwhelming the computing resources.

The storage quota for email services is shown below:

Mailboxes: 100GB

Maximum size per email message: 25MB

Available to:

Staff, Students, Alumni

How to Check?

After logging in WebMail,

1. Click the settings icon
2. View all Outlook settings
3. General"
4. Storage
5. Your total and reminding email stroage will be shown
